Engineering Manager - ONSHORE Oil & Gas, Middle East and North Africa

The Engineering Manager’s position requires seasoned Engineering Managerial experience and involves management/overview of various Engineering Manager’s office functions, including supporting people, systems, process, as well as supporting the engineering function.

Requirements:

·       Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in appropriate engineering subject

·       Chartered Engineer and member of appropriate engineering institution

·       Significant relevant Engineering Management experience in ONSHORE Oil&Gas

·       12 + years of relevant engineering professional practice

·       15-20 years of Oil and Gas Engineering experience, mostly working with contracting organizations

·       5 + years of ONSHORE oil and gas engineering experience, including engineering management

·       Ability to coordinate engineering disciplines including technical interface management

·       Engineering or Project Engineering Manager for offshore scopes - mix of Greenfield and Brownfield

·       Commercially aware and ability to develop estimates and work schedules

·       Familiar with international oil & gas standards

·       Familiar with Design Office work processes, procedures and computer aided design systems.

·       Competent understanding of personnel issues

Responsibilities:

·       Provide a competent engineering resource to deliver right first time, predictably to agreed schedule and budget, in cooperation with Project Teams.

·       Implement Client engineering processes and systems.
